Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Coordinate Forge CSV Importer/Renderer (the "Software") or accessing coordinateforge.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Construction Disclaimer & Responsibility
The Software is a data visualization and organization tool only.
Coordinate Forge, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of field layout or construction based on data processed through our Software. The user is solely responsible for verifying all coordinates, measurements, and model positions against physical site conditions and official project documentation before performing any construction work.
3. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software as follows:
- Free Version: May be used for personal or commercial projects.
- Paid/Pro Version: Licensed to a specific user or organization as defined at the time of purchase via the Autodesk App Store.
4. Prohibited Actions
You may not: reverse engineer the Software, circumvent licensing checks, or use the Software for any illegal activity. You may not redistribute the Software files without written consent from Coordinate Forge, LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coordinate Forge, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, construction delays, rework costs, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
